Where the idea begins.
The starting question behind Cleancycle, and the two research ambitions it brings together.
Cleancycle is an early-stage sanitary napkin concept incorporating microbes. Its intended aims are to support better vulvar health and help sanitary napkin materials degrade.
These aims are research questions. Neither is a demonstrated product benefit, and a finished product or validated prototype has not been established.
The idea is led by Afnan Alam Promi, a microbiology student at North South University in Bangladesh. This notebook is a place to explain the concept and share the thinking as it develops.
This project explores research questions. Intended product benefits have not been demonstrated.
